The graphic novel of "Wanted" is a great read that deconstructs the superhero comics...not as good as "Watchmen", but a solid effort. Instead of assassins running around it's actually about a loser who learns he could become one of the greatest villains ever. Superheroes are murdered and tortured, leaving the villains/super-villains to have free reign of the planet and various alternate universes. The graphic novel has probably one of the best "fuck you" endings ever. But I love comic books...it's not everyone's cup o' tea. I'm probably reading too many of your posts and not enough time on work for school.

adamAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
